Airbus Americas has named two more new members of the management team
for its A320 Family assembly line in Mobile, Alabama. As of June 17, Mark Smith
has joined Airbus Americas as the Manager of Health, Safety and Environment
(HS&E). On July 8, Darren Gates will join Airbus Americas as Facilities Manager.

Marine and Atmospheric Studies at Stonybrook College in New York and his team
of scientific researchers participating in one of the largest nationwide atmospheric
study projects conducted to date.

celebrating the 238th birthday of the Army, Secretary of the Army John McHugh
said birthdays can be bittersweet.
"When I blow out candles, I start thinking it's another year closer to
that inevitable conclusion," McHugh said. "But I want to make a
suggestion for this occasion: that we consider instead of turning a year older,
the Army is turning a year newer, a year better, a year stronger.

Montgomery Alabama - Gov. Robert Bentley headed to the Paris
Air Show after he kicked off peach season in Chilton County. The governor will
be building relationships with companies and trying to get jobs for Alabama.
One focus will be recruiting suppliers for the Airbus aircraft assembly plant
scheduled for construction in Mobile.

Toulouse-Blagnac Airport France - The first A350 XWB to fly
has landed back at Toulouse-Blagnac Airport France at 14.05 hours local time
after successfully completing its first flight that lasted four hours and five
minutes . The aircraft was flown by Peter Chandler, Airbus' Chief Test Pilot,
and Guy Magrin, Project Pilot for the A350 XWB.

WETUMPKA ALABAMA- Wetumpka City officials, for the first
time, hosted a meeting Tue Jun 11, at the Wetumpka Municipal Airport to present
and discuss another new land lease for owners of hangars and other buildings at
the airport.

Regina Edwards, city attorney and Allen Thames, newly appointed airport
