7/20/2010 - New Raytheon Huntsville Missile Facility Unveiled
FARNBOROUGH, U.K. - An artist rendering provided by Raytheon Company shows the new missile facility the company will be building at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville. Groundbreaking is expected for later this year on the project that will create 300 new jobs, said Governor Bob Riley.
Governor Riley, Senator Richard Shelby and Raytheon Missile Systems President Dr. Taylor W. Lawrence announced Alabama had won the new economic development project at a news conference on Monday at the Farnborough International Air Show outside London.
